This is a great service provided by my insurance. My son really enjoys the fact he won't have to go to the doctor and I enjoy the fact that it's easy and convenient to call up once I don't feel well and get it taken care of when I have time. With busy days and the medical offices closing around the same time as my office closes I would just stay sick taking over the counter meds rather than what will actually help!

Had trouble finding an available physician due to platform issues, but once connected it was the absolute smoothest doctor visit I've ever had. Julienne was very attentive, listened, and addressed my symptoms. She's sending a prescription in and now I can finally get better. I recommend this e-service to everyone!

The doctor was very nice and is startong treatment- he did urge to follow up with a family doctor due to the severity. He was very knowledgable and receptive to ideas. I actually talked WITH a doctor, not being talked at was a welcoming feeling compared to past visits I have had in person with physicians. The app was easy to use and customer service by phone very friendly when i made a silly mistake in entering my data. I hope you all have as good an experience as I have.

Thank you for being here for people who need help. I was ready to walk into a hospital and admit myself over my mental health and it not being treated. I was looking at a wait of several months to be seen and medicated but you guys saved me from that. I highly recommend anyone who can afford this app to use it I'm only on day 2 of being a patient and give a review this high.

Easy to use and the doctors are very thorough and helpful. I've used this app to get doctors notes for work instead of going there just to get a paper. Also I Just gave the doctor my symptoms to get antibiotics and an inhaler. Its convenient especially when you have an idea of what's wrong with you they can easily prescribe what you need. I have no insurance so it's cheaper than urgent care but they do accept insurance.

I was stuck at work everyone called in sick I was feeling miserable I needed to see a doctor because my sinuses were driving me crazy so I decided to try this as a different way of getting some medicine and it was simple easy fast I absolutely recommend anyone that absolutely needs some medicine because they are feeling really down and they can't make it to a doctor's office to use this. It was also affordable.
