Very slow to actually use as key. Oct 2023 update: this app has honestly failed me many times to the point that I no longer trust it and try to make sure that I always have a key on my person even if I'm not specifically using the key. It's a nice extra feature but I no longer count on it working.

This use to be a very easy app to use, but now the only way you can view your actual account information is to sign in with your password and username and then have a email sent to your email with a code, so then you have go back to the app and then sign in with the code sent to your email, very very annoying!!! Yes I know there trying to protect your privacy, but why not just be able to use your password and username like every other app even your bank account!!

The Ford Pass worked for about 5 months after I bought the Maverick. I think the problem is with the truck battery. Now it doesn't work at all and the dealer says they can do nothing about, I need to drive it more to keep the battery charged. I fully charged the battery with a charger and the remote features still do not work. It's useless.

PAAK function is unreliable and dictates carrying a key fob to be safe. When using the app to find charging locations at a trip destination, it ignores the entered location and forces you to drill down a long list in hopes of finding a charging site. Other than that, it works just fine.

Works as it starts my car and toggles door locks, but everytime I open the app it wants me to accept terms and conditions, but fails everytime, claiming network connection errors. Happens on data or any WiFi network. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as support suggested and it still happens. It's become really annoying.

It works intermittently!! It will not start my truck 100% of the time, even if I am next to the vehicle. I spoke to a Ford representative on the phone who walked my through resetting Fordpass, which worked once. I like Ford vehicles but would really like the application to work as it is cold outside and getting into a warm vehicle is a plus!

Rarely works. Extremely slow. Unreliable. Their app developers need to get it together. This app, along with the battery management (5 second full throttle, throttle reduction at higher speeds) on my Mach E GTPE are making the switch to Tesla extremely appealing. Those 2 things are deal breakers and need to be fixed.

many features missing. what is interior temp? are deicers on? connectivity to vehicle spotty , towing calculator on website not app, inconsistent data between screens for range, charge, message to refresh data but no apparent way to do it, phone as key inconsistent.

Nice to have info and remote controls for you vehicle. Very difficult to schedule a service visit, buried down a rabbit hole with options that are not what you want. I'm logged into the app and it wants me to do a 2FA just to schedule an appointment. As this is what I want out of the app most, makes for a bad experience.
