This little app is really useful! ... I currently have a virus and have lost my voice to a sore throat so I am communicating with the husband and my little girl via this app and its helping me talk without causing further pain!

Small in size but mighty in action (with natural sounding voices, good UI and export feature). For those who want to change the voice, follow these steps: 1. Open the app. 2. Tap on the three dots above. 3. Tap on settings. 4. Click on voice. 5. Click on voice settings. 6. Tap on preferred engine. 7. Go to install voice data. 8. Choose your preferred language. e.g. English (United Kingdom), English (United States), etc. 9. Check the various voices there and choose your preferred one.

Exactly what I needed. I lost my voice and needed a easy way to communicate with my young children. This app helped so much. I especially loved the speech speed function, slowing down helped be understood more. Easy to use, no annoying pop up ads, simple. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this. I lost my voicebox due to cancer a few years ago. The implant wouldn't work for me, so I am speechless. Was using another program, but had to think in mini sentences because it would start to speak before I finished a complete thought. Besides that, it sounded like a robot. This one talks with a human voice and it lets me type as much as I want to and keeps everything I say. I am using it with a wireless keyboard, though, and I can't figure out how to "read" from the keyboard. I have to type on the keyboard then go to my phone and hit "read.".

Did exactly what i wanted it to. I typed in my text, the app read it aloud using the phone's native text-to-speech engine. Makes it really easy to change the speech engine and language packages. Used this when i lost my voice for a few days.

This is an amazing app! I used it to communicate while I lost my voice, and it worked perfectly. I love the clear function; it is very convenient for quick, short messages. The voice is between robotic and human, and even has a little sass to it. It even minds punctuation!

I've been enjoying the app. It has been very helpful for me while the doctor has me on voice rest. I do however, wish that the in app volume was independent from my devices volume. There are times when I forget that my phone's volume is all the way down and I try to use the app, no sound comes out.
