Very unfair practices in payout, because one of friend has opened his account through my shared link . He fulfilled all the terms and conditions, but I didn't get payout even after crossing the payout cycle. After talking to customer service representative of gromo I raised dispute,and got locked scratch card of 200 which can be unlocked after selling of another product. After submitting all the valid documents for eligibility of payout, why aren't they talking to their brand, because of forcing

Stop Wasting your time on this Fake app even after sale they are not updating status to successful even though my client successful opened saving account of kotak 811 but they didn't updated status and when I raised dispute they had given me scratch card but after some time they reversed that card by saying documents are incorrect.

have opened 1 Kotak 811 account but I have not get a penny. I also talked to customer support and raised dispute but same reply "apologies for the inconvenience" Gromo lead traking system is worst. Always showing lead is pending even after successful sales even after 30 days above. I am following all the terms and conditions but not getting payouts.

BEWARE OF THIS APP. I used this app. I opened an account of kotak bank of a customer. All process done perfectly but no payment received. Now they told me to raise dispute. It means everytime you work for them you have to raise dispute to gate your money. And also it isnot assure that you will get your money easily. They willgive youa couponof your earned money that willbe unlocked with yournext sell. So please beware of this app. Google shouldtakesteps against them.

OMG he doing fraud with users. Recently I sell kotak 811 saving account and i follow all the terms and conditions but after 15 days still the status of my customer is pending. Customer care support system is the worst. They don't know about there app and just talking about to raise dispute. Please don't download the app it is the worst ever app.
