I've had nothing but problem with this app lately. The most recent being in my banking app it just shows a curve transaction rather than the retailers name.

My new go to credit card. Love that I can use it for all my mastercards or discover, awesome metal card upgrade I got for free, great go back in time feature. Plus you get an extra 1% cash back for 6 months on top of your other credit cards cash back reward programs. What a deal! It's been working great for me.

Very bad customer support, I've tried to cancel my account (soley because it wasnt what i was looking for, its not a bad account to choose, it just wasnt for me) but you can't cancel without going through the help chat, and they just don't reply, so I can't cancel my £14.99 a month which sucks.

Raising rates and removing features. I'm not sure metal is worth it anymore. --Edit-- thank you for your reply however I don't see brand new benefits for the users. It's just more money for less benefits. Eliminating crypto cashback, reduced limits. Gbit works when it wants to.

Soon no more free ATM withdrawals with the standard card. SO it becomes useless for my usage. The Terms just changed, I received an email and they don't even mention it in the summary email! You have to dig down and read all the terms and pricing. I feel scammed! Be careful and read well the terms before using it

I feel very sad about this service. After 3 months since I created the account the service is not working for me and my physical card I payed for, didn't arrive. I contacted the support several times and in the last one and half month I still have no response

Installed this app a couple of months ago, and tried to add my card (a prepaid debit card). Got the message that particular card was not acceptable. By way of backround, I use prepaid cards ever since I was a fraud victim a few years ago. Having sent several emails to the developer asking which prepaid cards are acceptable, I still await a response!

The Plans are not worth it at all. Also the free plan has very high fees. Would not recommend and avoid if possible
