Paying bill using the apps was fine and no problem. Just that after every update, all my record will be gone!! Not only I will have to key in all over again. I am unable to check my past transactions. It is the same when I change my handphone. What is the use of creating a profile if all the data does not follow?

Buggy, slow and ineffective updates. Every update requires you to remember your password and wipes history if you reset. So not something you want to rely on for historical records. Update: records kept after update and nicer interface but still getting system not available messages. Frustrating.

Last time I use this app to sign in my account after I send my phone for service & factory reset whole phone & re-install again this app I unable to get back my account with data save in it. I can even use any email to key in any password & still can access. Feel not so good. Should improve their app.

App not developed with user in mind. All information keyed in resets when I switch windows to retrieve OTP code. Considering not all phones have multi-window function, payment through this app is very difficult. My suggestion is for developer to ensure app allows switching of apps without losing information or resetting.

App now forgets the passcode on its own. Been forced to reset the app so many times just to make my payments. Card details and everything need to key in every single time I want to make payment. Might as well install an AXS machine at home. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A waste of time to use this app. Either payment fail to go thru, cannot authenticate, repeated error messages everytime I use it. In short, can't pay a single bill. Worst app ever used for e-payment in my life. I wonder if AXS reads and acts on the reviews but seeing the same cookie- cutter reply churned out by their bots, doubt they even know what is wrong with their app. Enough said.

This is so bad. Starting up screen took more than a minute. After doing payment, the app will restart to the login page. Having to click on the pending status to check whether the payment have gone through. What had happened?! It wasnt like this previously!

It doesn't make sense that debit card payment for bills is only allowed via master card and not visa and the other options are redundant because it doesn't even work. Everytime I tried, the payment is unsuccessful. If this app does not serve it's purpose to make it more convenient for others, don't make one.

Something has made the app stuck on its info page. When I open the app, it goes from "Loading Resources" to "Loading Tutorial" and then stays stuck at the new app capabilities page. Not sure if I am the only one with this problem..Pls help fix it. Otherwise a good app to use.Thanks!
