No customer care number, inbuilt app is not functional and does not contain all the problems encountered on daily bases.Problem resolution is zero with this nomba, try every possible Avenue to get to speak with someone but the number to is not functional I have not had an contact with any of their representatives, am I dealing with a ghost?. It seems this app is not save at this moment.

Some of the issues on the support interface are not opening, for example "my pos Is showing error format" when clicked will just be loading and nothing will be displayed. Pls all the items on the support interface should be accessible for better issue resolution. Regards

I have been trying to sign up. It is not able to verify my ID. It asked for my NIN. After filling in the NIN and it failed at veryfying it says I must have put in the wrong BVN. It comes up with a message to contact support. The button doesn't work! Are you requesting for the NIN or BVN? Please work on an update to clear up this ambiguity. Also, improve on the recognition for ID verification. I will leave the app installed with hope that amendments are made real soon. Thanks.

The terminal work just fine but the description is inconsistent. The customers received different descriptions in their bank alert and the reference number from the customer's bank use to be different from what I have on my app this use to make one look stupid when there is failed transaction. I wish you can configure my terminal in such a way that my business name appears in transaction alert sent to my customers inorder for me and my customers to find it easier to identify my transaction. Tnx.

I have been unable to login to the app for about a month now,it says connection issues,but every other app in my phone works with the connection I have just this nomba app refuses to open, this started last year, before I could use my MTN alone to access it but now not even MTN or Glo can access it,fix it and this terminal declines alot This terminal keeps getting worse and worse with every new update If it's possible to not give any star I would not give any,this is becoming more unreliable

Kudi is presently working perfectly. They just need to put more effort on their TV subscription. It takes time before it displays. Also, if Kudii could reduce their Transfer fee to at least #10, they will eventually dominate the market. The reason y other platforms are still breathing is because of their transfer fees. One of the best network so far. The only problem is the issue of maintenance. We know system upgrade and maintenance is inevitable for better service. But try to do that at night, not business hours. Another thing is carrying out transaction and not reflecting in account immediately, You people should work on that too.
