The new kwsp online is very lagging. If i press a button, it will only show up after 1-2 seconds.

Could not find the log out button or maybe there is no log out button. Don't feel safe without log out after usage. There is a 'Forget this device' option. Never seen it anywhere, even banking app. Not sure what it is. The voluntary contribution is not reflected on the first screen for the month although it is in the details screen.

First time using it. Withdraw failed. After clicked the Acceptance on withdrawal t&cs page, "withdrawal is unsuccessful" pop up, and the same time, i received the tac... what ?

I still prefer the old app version due to unfriendly UI design and slow loading performance. As a user perspective,we dun need too many animations but more towards on information accuracy. Please take note during your UAT. Thanks.

Unable to register. App shuts down after pressing the first button to proceed for registration, after the pop up informing that only MyKad holders can register via app.

The old i-Akaun, even with outdated design, it works absolutely fine. This new version is just pretty, but absolutely garbage user experience! Cannot even perform top up as the Accept button is disabled. Have to install old i-Akaun to do top ups.

Keep updating and directed to external link for download...then cannot be updated because it's ALREADY downloaded to its latest version???? ..the whole app experience feel so unprofessional and suspicious. As of right now the apps keep asking to update the apps which already is updated. Cannot use! Get a qualify dev to do the job right!

The app is truly badly designed. Each update installs a new instance. Old one kept. This time puts me in a loop. Says to upgrade. I do. Says installed on Google store but when start app keeps telling to upgrade. And now app is totally unusable. Do you even test these apps before force deploying?
