This new update is terrible! Not user friendly unlike the older version. I find it difficult logging in most times. I get this "encryption loading..." for several minutes & wouldn't log in. The old app use to be easy & friendly not complicating & frustrating as this your new update. Please fix bug or return to previous version! I now use the website instead of app.

I keep getting the pin screen for every page on this app that I have to access. Sometimes, after inputting my pin, the screen would display again and again. I disabled the PIN check but that PIN screen displays over and over again! Please fix this feature! It's becoming frustrating

At first I downloaded the app and thought it was good but I don't see the point anymore so many bugs and glitches like connection failed and entering your password evertime u log in the app Still trying to withdraw my money and they keep writing connect failed or not the right info pls work on that

The bug is terrible, always saying incorrect pin, annoying, I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still saying the same thing, I've changed password countless of times and no change, please work on this issue

This new version lags whenever I want to login... I regret updating the app, tho the new interphase is beautiful buh logging in a one hell of a job!!!... Fix it please!!! I will rate it 1 star till u update all d lags

This recent upgrade of the app is making thr app to crash very frequently. It just logs you out when operating the app. And you have to login each tike with your pin. This was not the case with the former app. Please fix this.
