I have to manually log in literally every time I use this app and it's annoying as heck. On top of that, every time I try and actually make a change to my policy, I need to call in anyways. Meanwhile I had absolutely zero issues with Progressives app even ten years go. Making changes to your policy on the app was so amazing at the time. Haven't been able to do that once since I had Nationwide.

Conveniently Inconvenient. I've written a claim but I actually had to call Nationwide because it was not allowing me on the app to fully submit my claim. Everytime I go to Bill Pay, it wont let me select the card of payment of my choice. This very moment I've realized how terrible it is to have this app or think its safe to believe that my actual payment will be successful. Very upsetting. Its 2021 and Nationwide need to update almost every aspect of their app and how to make it truly reliable..

I just installed the app for my pet policy and tried to create a claim. The Take Photo button does not work. It seems to be just text on the page. There is no other way to attach an image of the invoice, which is mandatory. So therefore there is no way to submit the claim. At this point I'm stuck with no way to move forward. As a new policy holder, so far I am NOT impressed. Being able to submit a claim should be the bare minimum expectation of this app.

I was previously with allied & was forced to download this app for online bill pay. experience was similar to trying to other nationwide experiences. filled with flaws. first 3 attempts to login it freezes upon loading. I get the logo & a blue screen. when I tried to inititially transfer account on the website it gave me this account is not transferable & 404 not found errors. when I tried to pay via SMS I get the message can't find your unique account please call. it's 2019 figure it out
