I like their app because it is user-friendly and easy to navigate. But I don't recommend having an account with C3. Based on my experience this served as my salary pay account and I often get deducted with unknown transactions---mostly declined transactions which cost 3aed-5aed, though I didn't use it for any online transactions. The deductions reached up to 30 dirhams in just a month, whether it is a big or small amount, still it is not fair to deduct for no good reason!
