Got through my taxes, it said they are ready to send, and now the app keeps crashing, won't load, or will load a screen that I can't do anything on and must restart. I've been struggling with this since yesterday, it barely lets me log in half the time. I'm NOT paying anybody to file my taxes because they're ready but the app simply won't work. Very irritated. Very disappointed.

Too soon to tell (until I get my return back), but this app addresses the one issue as to why I will never use turbotax again. Yes, they try to get you to pay for extra services, BUT they don't try to disguise it in the shady ways that Turbotax does. They are upfront about it and there is no way you could accidentally pay for a service you won't need!

It's incredibly easy to use and worth it to pay the $30 to import your previous year's tax information. The process is convenient and painless. My only concern is that I had to go to the full website to file my taxes because when the option to use the free version or pay $30 pops up, everything clears out. This happened on the website as well, but it finally loaded after 10 minutes. It took about an hour to file my taxes and this seems to be a known issue.

2/4/20:Easy to follow. UPDATE: 2/8/20: not only was it easy to follow to do my own taxes & i could do the free option, (the other options are comparable if not cheaper than most), my taxes were accepted by fed irs within a couple hours, (was actually within a half hour), & my state in less than 12 hours as theyupdate data bases less frequently. It was super easy & gave me great options on deductions & gave a description of all once checked. Alsohave reloadable debit card 4 ez deposit & future.

Last year I switched to Block from many years of Turbo Tax and found this to be far simpler, but this year my state returns will not load correctly on my Galaxy Note 9. It will not allow me to go back and adjust the incorrect information. I'm going to have to do everything over again with another company if this isn't fixed in the app. So frustrating - please help!

Just got started and I'm very impressed I've used HR Block for ten+ years now and each year they just get better I have two suggestions at this early stage: 1) The numeric keypad should be the means of data input when the field requires numerals; 2) The app should offer biometric sign-in ability I'm looking forward to completing my return again this year with Block---I know they look out for me, in terms of the highest refund AND the process (and results!) have always been straightforward!!!!

HR block got with the times with this app and believe me when i say they good it right, simple to use. Many importing options for info. A free version and updated paid as well. I'm pretty decent at going my taxes but id still rather not do them like most people. But the app almost made it a fun experience not really pretty e say but not miserable like back in the pen and paper says. Get it!

This App Sucks. not everything has an explanation link attached to it, most of the time the text gliches at the bottom of each new page, and any window with an internal scroll bar is extremely hard to navigate. If your looking to rush through your taxes and not understand much then this is your app. I gave up half way through

I used to love hr block. But because I have a single extra thing to report as income that isnt standard I now have to pay $39 for special service I dont even use and then the state is never free when they tell you it is and to top it all off they now charge you a fee for direct depositing your refund. I paid a grand total of almost $100 for services I used to pay $29 for (cause the state file is never free like it says) dont know if I'll be coming back next year (been with them around 10yrs)
