I am unable to complete searches in the app. After selecting a destination and dates, it states something went wrong retry under the map. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it has not made a difference. This rating is only because the app is not working. I do enjoy the hotel chain though! Usually clean and friendly

Since the last upgrade around Jul 17 or so the only way to use the app is to constantly delete cache and delete data, log in again, set up your booking preferences again, etc. Or uninstall and reinstall. After every phone restart or several hours you have to do this. It's incredible how risky it is to update this app. If it's stable DO NOT UPDATE!

It is the slowest app I have. The tech behind the app needs a serious update! It is frustrating to use and assist guests with as an Employee and it's frustrating to use as a guest.

Security error, won't let me use the app. All of a sudden can't use app anymore.. Still impossible to use, thinks my device is rooted when it is in factory settings.

Filtering does work. List doesn't get refreshed when I change the price filter. When I go to the map view it shows the unfiltered view of all properties

Security update has made this app useless. Had to uninstall because it won't stay open. All other apps are fine with my device. Seems to think my phone has been jailbroken but it is not. Worked briefly now it again crashes every time i open it. Crazy that this app is more stringent than my multiple banking and airline apps. Fire the app staff.

Not sure what happened to the app but it keeps crashing now throwing some random error. Tried Uninstalling and re-installing and that didn't help either. Pls fix!!

All of a sudden I can't open the app. When I try I get this error and the app closes: "REF: 7144:A8FE 600000 Magisk Detected by App" I searched for this error and apparently your app thinks that my phone is rooted but it is a brand new Google phone right out of the box purchased direct from google. not rooted. I am staying in your hotels through next week and it would be nice if the app worked.

Two factor authenticator is not working: the app won't send me a code to phone or email and as a result I cannot login. Using the website for bookings is not a viable alternative for a frequent traveler that often has to book rooms on short notice. This is a new issue that I've been having but it's a deal-breaker. I need use of the app! Fix this!
