I find the app really useful to have, I can see how much electricity I use in my household breaking it down from a month to a week and to how much I use a day, I can amend my direct debit change the payment date do all that without having to speak to anyone really useful to have

Hit and Miss sometimes it works other times it doesn't. Other energy companies make it so much easier and better to understand. Shell is just really confusing.

Easy to enter details. Doesn't help explain anything about the why/what I'm paying for. Should I expect an energy supplier to? idk. But they're the people I pay so if they showed some kind of smarter interest in me/my situation perhaps I'd be more inclined to stick with them. If a pure utility then obs I will go for lowest cost of service, after all volts/current/frequency won't change as neither will gas (whatever is in that). So app builders 10/10, app purpose/designers? Thinking caps on.
