Same as many of other reviews. When app is working I'm happy with information provided however, have been constantly plaqued with 'Failed to connect to server' or 'Network Error'. Sometimes, at time of writing this, I cannot log in at all. It was fine to start with, but has slowly deteorated since installation in October 22. As another reviewer has said, too many people with same problem, so has to be supplier end and not us customers.

I have 6 invertors and i have to check each one on its own it would be great if i can get a table and graph where i can see my complete plant as a whole. Also on my tab it insist on turning the app in portrait where as i would like to view the graphs in landscape

Poor app As other recent reviews have said, this app no longer performs as needed. Doesn't log you in, missing data, doesn't show your installation details, it's unreliable. It wasn't great before the developers did whatever vandalism they did in the last update, but it's pretty unusable now!.

This app constantly has connection errors. Everytime you open or refresh it states "Network error". Have to refresh about 7 times before it shows any data. Every second login, terms have to be agreed on again. Every morning shows my account has been temporarily locked. App stopped responding in September 2023

Getting worse 14/08/23 1. Network error every day, no stats available 2. If it does work, then the solar info does not update after the first time unless you force close the app 3. Have to log in and accept t&c's every time you open it So it's really frustrating considering the amount you pay for the kit that the app is supposed to monitor. Hence the 1 star.

The app now fails to connect at all and therefore has no use. Initially it worked well over the last year but has become increasingly difficult to start and for the last few days it has ceased to do anything. I hope this is temporary and that a fix is underway. It would have been good to have some warning before cutting us off.

Great until it times out, which is with monotonous regularity....this really is a frustrating app to 'use"...crashes hourly. This is becoming tedious now, surely someone, somewhere can fix this abysmal app....one year on an this app is dire, rubbish! It only score one because it won't allow zero.
