Before they updated the app it worked great. This new version is hard to follow. I keep getting alerts that the content filters are off and they aren't. Also as other reviews have pointed out the locater barely works. Please fix this app!!!!

Just doesn't work... I have it installed in my android and the kids android and iPhone. All updated to the latest version. I can occasionally see their location but pausing, schedules, blocking do nothing. More than once a week I have to pair again... for a service I have to pay for this app is garbage. All needed permissions are allowed on the companion phones but still nothing.

Terrible and doesn't can't trust it, it updates at the most random times. Then keeps having you download it or update it every other day. I paused my sons internet and was unable to reconnect or unpause it for hours. I wasn't able to contact him at school even after I took the restrictions off this app is not safe or helpful.

After the new update. The app is awful. It restricts things that I didn't restrict and make it so you can't open any browser and constantly makes vpn stop working.

The last version of the app was ok, slow but seemed to work and had a history. I hate when they make new version or so called upgrades that are just junk. It don't show history right for location . I will be finding a different app to use.

This is the most frustrating app I've had to deal with. My son's phone is on my account so obviously it's in "my family". Why do I have to "pair" the phone??? Keeps telling me make sure its connected to Verizon network and wont let me get any farther. This is ridiculous! Why the extra step to verify the phone I'm paying for is in my family? Ridiculous! Save the monthly fee and find a different app!

Since the update and changes to the app... I do not like the map at all, it is not as good at real time location. I'm thinking of cancelling my Verizon family subscription and going with another option...not impressed with the update...it's a downdate...

I'll start by saying I like being able to set boundaries for my son's phone access while he's at school. I like being able to see his general location at any given time. This app needs a lot of work it is okay for the time being but could be great. Since the recent update it keeps disabling my son's VPN, he is not doing anything because I did a test and kept his phone for a day and it still shut off. This is getting very frustrating!!!

App totally sucks. Does not do what it is supposed to. Want to pause your child's internet access cause they are not behaving? Doesn't work. My kids internet has been "paused" for days ... as he carries on with full internet. RIDICULOUS. Pay waaaay too much every month for the services not to work properly! Figure it out Verizon!!!
