I love this app, and everything it's trying to create. But, I just recommended it to a friend and she said it crashed on her several times. I tried it, and the same happened to me (this is new, as of the last month perhaps). I received a message from the app about signing a petition. I'd love to sign, but I can't even get to the message now before the app crashes. Please fix this!

20 swipe/day maximum, and that INCLUDES LEFT SWIPES. Very few users nearby, app constantly pushes people 70+ miles away to waste daily swipes. Constant push notifications that CANNOT BE DISABLED without also disabling new message notifications.

So far I adore Open. I love the inclusive easy to use nature. I do wish that there were more options when messaging a match, cuz I like to share pictures and memes with those I converse with and don't want to have to switch platforms. All in all, a great app!

This app is a RIP OFF!! DO NOT pay for a subscription nor give them a credit card number. It doesn't matter how many tags you have in your profile you will NEVER get a match. It is a bunch of fake or dead profiles that don't ever give likes to other profiles. Support is a myth! I sent a message to support in app and still no response 3 days later. It wouldn't surprise me if this app was really just a tool for a foreign government for data collection on other nations' citizens.

Very nice app with tons of cool individuals on here. The only problems I'm having is setting up my partner on my account. And this app is not friendly like every other app. To leaving a message with someone you are interested in ,not available. You are only allowed to push you are interested but are not allowed to physically message someone really bothers me. And the system never connects you to anyone to even message. You guys are way the hell off. Plus making poly and trashing it,not cool .

Not user friendly AT ALL. The different screens are confusing, but especially the location feature. There's no way to restrict the radius, and depending on your screen size you can't even always select your own location. Not a great app.

Was so excited to get started. Had to try 3 times to get through the phone number verification at the beginning, made my profile. Exited the app, when I opened it back up it was back at the phone number verification page and I can't get to my profile. Great job guys! Deleting the app.

I've been on Open since around its launch. In that time, I haven't made a single connection that went anywhyete; feels like over a year since I had a match at all. I have gone thru every possible match that it goves me within a 50mi radius multiple times... and nothing. I WANT this app to work.... but it absolutely does not.

The app is not working. I reinstalled it, and Not only was I getting the message that the app was down with no date of coming back up, but I got a message that flash for only a second saying that the app had been disabled. Now I know you mentioned that you were moving to a new server, but this goes beyond that. So it just backed the question "is #open OPEN?" I like the app and the concept, but what IS going on? When will things get back to normal?? Inquiring minds and all that rot...
