Worked well for a while, but about a month ago I started getting notifications saying 'Action Needed, Check Your Apps Status'. There is nowhere in the app or the website to troubleshoot or to check the status of the app. To date, I have sent three emails explaining my problem and have had no response at all. I'm deleting and uninstalling this waste of time app. A one star rating is too good for it.

This is a great app from a trusted company. The app (or extension on PC) has given me minimal issues (most of which can be fixed by temporarily disabling the app). Also, I have had no issues with receiving the reward points/redemptions. Overall, it is a great app and I am happy with Nielsen.

Constantly disconnected. I'm talking every second I get connected again. My internet is fine and not dropping it, it's the app. I'm online practically all day, every day so I should have tons of points but it constantly drops me. I've done the troubleshoot they told me the first 2 or 3 times I complained but it still doesn't work properly.

Constantly crashes no matter what task is being performed. Lags my connection down to nearly 2G speeds when browsing the web. After signing up and creating an account, verifying via email, followed by next having to register said account and once again verifying this step via email, and then after dealing with the constant hindrance of actually using this app for a few weeks; I decided to check out what rewards I had accrued if any at all. Only to not be able to login TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!

The app and website needs a overhaul. When I connect the app, it slows my internet to a crawl and most of the time I have to disconnect it to get a webpage to load. It's a good concept and I still am earning points when I actually have it connected, but they need to overhaul everything. I've never had this much trouble out of an app.

Been a user since 2016. App was great but somewhere in December it stopped working for some reason and I never recieved any points after 12/7 even though the device status was fine. Then 2 wks ago the app started notifying me that my "app is not properly configured" and I am "no longer earning rewards." That's around the time my phone started getting noticeably hot and using battery much quicker than usual. I contacted support for help twice with no response. Disappointed to say the least.

This app is so bad that it deserves 0 stars. Websites do not even load, which defeats the purpose of the app. On the off chance a website does load after a very long lag time, pictures/ images don't load properly. There was a function where to disconnect and reconnect, but that seems to have disappeared. I like earning credits, but I'm close to uninstalling this, since I spent good money on a fast phone and speedy connection, only to have this app render it completely useless. Needs fixing ASAP

I've had this installed for about 3 days. My web browser is now taking 10x longer to load pages, even longer is there is media involved (although embedded ads seem to not suffer from this). My Google assistant will no longer open when I long-press the home button, or attempt to open it from the app library. Embedded videos or gifs sometimes do not load at all in web pages and I was unable to use Google pay to purchase something on a website yesterday. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Since getting a new phone I have not been able to open the app. I keep getting notifications saying app not working. It asks for email and password but then says username not recognised so I put my username in and it still won't open. Even when I change password it won't open. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing. I've emailed Nielsen but even following their advice, it still won't let me in! Works perfectly on my laptop.
