Very difficult to navigate. Have not been able to claim any rewards as yet. Every time I go to use it it asks for my insurance policy number. Deleted app and reinstalled. Working at the moment, fingers crossed.

The forced update has wiped my login details and of course that had to happen in a restaurant. In effect I wasn't able to use the discount because I couldn't recall the password on the spot. Very poor from the devs. Forced updates are bad and you know it.

For such a big company this is a very buggy app. Not usable. I gave up. If you navigate away to check a bill on another app for example, it resets and you have start again. Plus it freezes through the app. Rubbish

2 star cos its my first time using. Got car insurance with them. Good idea- but within 4 days of having it, have had over 10 cold calls- several that will just keep calling throughout the day. I did not tick that i wanted marketing calls. I did not select that i wanted to be contacted by ANYONE about my insurance. I did not select, by phone/text or letter that anyone should contact me about marketing. My number is on TPS but shock horror, your terms allow you to sell my data on. I'll look elsewhere in the future due to the headache of blocking these calls for however many weeks this goes on for....

I was sent the link by email. When I tried to use the app I was informed my email address was not recognised. I copied the discount code 2 for 1 several times the final is always full price. Very time consuming going through a complicated process on a phone.

I downloaded the app to my phone Nokia Sirocco8 after buying a car insurance through this company. It said that it is compatible with my phone, but I couldn't ever open the app or use it. Compare the market do not have any real help, like Tel no. to get advice. Their help was completely useless. I feel cheated and disappointed. Looks that all these flashy companies just want your money, but once they got your money, they don't care!

You cannot log in to your account anymore via the app or website. You get stuck in an infinite redirecting loop so you can never actually log in to your account. Quite annoying!

Hi I'm writing an updated review as I have now found you need to tap the very small gold ticket on the right hand side. As feedback It isn't very clear where to tap to claim the code and just looks like a background graphic so it should say something like tap here to claim code or something but I like the new additions on the app so I'm giving it 5 stars to fairly update my previous one from earlier today .
