AirDroid is a pretty good way to broadcat and control your devices remotely. You don't need to do anything drastic to connect your devices, and it's easy to set up (~15 minutes). However, it has about 0.25-0.5 second delay and low quality if you do not have the pro version purchased. Overall, it is an easy way to display your devices and control them, free or purchased.

I'd recommend this app to anyone wanting a stable client to mirror their phone, allow your PC keyboard to be used for text messaging and a whole lot more. i tried and cried many times with other pieces of software before finding AirDroid. It's rock solid and does what it says on the tin! I couldn't recommend it enough, any problems or questions the support team are there and respond very quickly. you will not be disappointed.

I love this app. Makes it much easier to put pics and music onto or out of my phone. It's personally easier through the computer site, but you still need the app to make it work. Overall, would completely recommend if you have a Mac Computer and an LG/Samsung phone. I have been using for over a year with multiple devices and have had no real problems. Very easy to maneuver and easy to access. Once again, love this app and would recommend.

This is pretty useful whenever I can't transfer files to and from my phone using a PC. Either the usb ports or bluetooth malfunctions, third party sharing apps just don't work, etc. It's a perfect must have. However, my device sucks at managing background tasks. I wish there was some way I could prioritize it in the system so it doesn't get terminated once I switch apps.

I feel this app is poorly designed and poorly marketed. In its defense, it has granular control of the specific services and features one may want to enable. This can give the user some hypothetical piece of mind if he or she truly feels secure in thinking a third-party closed source application can't have said features enabled without his or her permission (when obviously who knows). For sending texts, it was hit or miss as I had to ensure the service was waiting correctly for the client to talk to this service on my device. It offers a way to make this more seamless, but it states that it costs more battery usage, so that doesn't sell itself to me. Finally, and I suppose this is how it makes it discourage people using this version vs., upgrading to premium, it only allows for 200MB in data connections, and this being from your client; so if you open up your pictures or videos from your client, then you are going to go through that limit quickly. I also found it weird that you have to put in your password !to log out! of the service. That's odd. That being said, I think I'd pass over this service and simply check out a similar app.

Good for Android TV boxes and some non-phone devices Installing it on your smartphone, which contains important information, is an act that exposes you to risk. It is very good because it is convenient to use. However, some bugs exist. Not perfect yet. The remote touch function does not work well (maybe because it is very slow?) It's very slow, so you can often see the screen like it's frozen. Very low resolution. The picture quality is very poor. If the connection speed and quality are improved

I use this a lot to transfer apps and data between devices, make screen caps/video guides, and generally keep my devices, desktop, and laptop in sync. Setup can be a bit technical, but once set up. It is indispensable! Update: I do suggest, if possible, adding remote control capabilities to the WiFi/Web version without connecting via an account on your server.

Already love it. I left this app a long time ago due to connection issues and usability. Pushbullet started having those issues and became unreliable. Decided to give this a shot again and it's brilliant now. Love the features and so far connects great even with my VPN (something Microsoft phone companion hates). Already paid for premium to be able to transfer larger files. The desktop windows version seems very reliable so far. Also read that transmissions are end-to-encrypted.

I'm using Android Pie and Mac 10.3.5. The AirDroid connection to the remote tablet lasts 20-45 minutes before it drops for no apparent reason. Then you have to click through a couple of screens to reconnect the session. The only good thing I can see about this is that at least you don't have to use USB to setup the connection again, like Vysor. April 8, 2019 Still requires that you reconnect with USB every time you reboot or restart the app. I'd pay for a non-root method that does not require using USB more than once.
