The app's quality and design would deserve minus stars... It doesn't ship to the most countries... But the website does??? There's a discount for buying through the app... But you don't ship to some countries...

Good for browsing through the catalogue bad for ordering products. Tried 3 times, app says order is placed but I never recieve an email nor do I find the order in my history, just use the website instead saves a lot of time

Not good. Charged me twice! App told me my purchase had failed and to try again. I did, and two orders were placed. I contacted EMP straight away and they told me they couldn't cancel it, and to return it through the process. It was complicated, and they didn't even fully refund me! They took the postage off my refund! Won't be using again if this is the service it provides...

Doesn't work, keeps deleting things from basket, logs me out half way through check out and then deletes the entire basket! Regularly deletes things from my favourites and if its not running slow it's closing itself or showing blank screens where it shouldn't. Absolutely horrible app!
