Half the time cannot log into app! Instead of validating with biometrics, asks to login with Google each time and does not hold login info at all. Does not seem synchronized with Web app either. Very poor experience!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! Error message continues to pop up at checkout and won't let me book. The next day I realize I was charged for parking that I did not receive. Sent an email to customer service and still have not received a reply! It has been over a week and I have not gotten my refund, heard from customer service, or anything!

It's definitely not Spot Hero. Which used to work in my area, but is now run by these clowns. I don't like that it doesn't save my license plate or payment card info. It's such a hassle to use. I just give up and look for spaces elsewhere.

First time using the app this morning. Paid for it on my app but QR code did not work. I had to get a ticket to enter the building as I was literally in front of the machine and could not back out of the building. I also tried to contact but no one is answering the call or emailing back. How do I exit the parking building later today? So disappointed with the service.

I have no idea how to pay for parking through the app/website. They give you all the functionality to find the parking location, allow you to specify what date range you plan to park there, tell you what payment methods they support, but there's no option to actually pay. Why is this recommend as a way to pay for parking?

App would not allow me to access coupons for discounts. The loading time is horrible and the finding the nearest location had my nearest location on the other side of Manhattan. This app needs to updated.

Terrible app. I've had to set up my account, delete it, and set it up again several times. Tells me my password is wrong right after I've reset it. Used the reset password feature only to be toldy password is wrong (I know, I'm trying to reset it!) ParkMobile does it right. Any company that uses this app instead of ParkMobile is foolish.
