Aplicacion basura lamentable si pudiera no les daria estrellas no por nada tienen muy baja caificacion ¿que puede hacer el usuario? nada absoluta mente nada pareciera con unos ninos programaron la aplicacion lamentable lo que hicieron con esta tarjeta creo que era mas segura cuando te salia el saldo en el ticket ahora por ningun motivo puedes saber el saldo y lo mismocon la pagina no te permite abrir tu cuenta es una completa y lamentable basura solo si prentendes perder tu tiempo hazlo con Mitik

Siempre tiene problemas, el servicio a cliente es pesimo, no por la actitud pero por la falta de conocimiento. Cada problema que tengo es al menos 5 llamadas. La aplicación me permite entrar cada vez que quiere.

This app is would have been excelente if it permitted me to do everything from my cel. It won't load the XML files(facturas). Also, I haven't received nor have found any explanation on how the "buzon" works. I thought that users would have been able to receive their "facturas" automatically in the app. I use this app in Mexico City on a Huawei P9 (Android 7).

No puedo usar la tarjeta porque esta bloqueada y no puedo entrar a la app a desbloquearla porque llevan ya muchos dias con problemas y no permite hacer login...siempre devuelve error de conexion. Igual no se puede ingresar por web...
