Regularly says "a netgear router device has been detected use the night hawk app. Night hawk app after creating cloud account says that's a M1 nighthawk The worst part is that this mobile app has no option to redirect I must terminate and restart the app Otherwise. It is ok

Great app and is quite detailed but would be nice to see all 4G LTE bands when connected e.g. if Carrier Aggregation is active the app shows you all the carriers for example Band 20,3,1.

I think the user should be able to band lock. Every area is different and automatic selection doesn't give you the best performance.

As everyone else says, this app constantly logs me out. The default password doesn't work. The link they give to find the password is a dead webpage. Just utterly rubbish. For a modem which costs nearly £300.00, I'm shocked at uselessness of the app. Rubbish

I can't get on the app to check new messages due to limited wifi service but I have unlimited data on my phone and hotshot on my phone but no way to get in the app to find out what's going on because it wants to use wifi! There should be a way to use the app without going thru the Netgear wifi box!!

This app is absolute aids. When im trying to connect to the wifi on the app it says my hotspot isnt compatible. EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS NETGEAR ON THE FRONT. So i know the hotspot isnt the issue. These people just have close to no clue what theyre doing.

1. I have to log in twice for it to stay In my account alot and 2. It logs me back out after when I change some stuff into this account 3. It can't find networks manually and I got giffgaff which it only does auto to O2 and trying at least for once to find a way to speed my connection here in London no matter what I try.
