Great customer support, response is on the point. Milk quality is great for buffalo milk and rates aren't over the top for the area we live in.

The app looks good...but...for post paid customers, the payment option is never successful. This site third month i availing milk delivery service and every month it is a herculean task to make payment . When we select amount in app to pay ...pop up appears that previous transaction is canceled..

Buffalo curd was too good! The thickness was curd was really perfect. It is made with no preservatives, no Antibiotics or no hormones which is great. I have tried their paneer as well which was soft and moisty! They should add more product options on the app!

Why is the option for alternate delivery missing? When it was possible earlier, why not now? Do you upgrade over time or degrade? After switching from daily orders, I see a lot of inconsistencyin deliveries. Rectify them at the earliest else, you might lose a loyal customer.

Initial days the app was little bit confusing, and now it looks fine after some updates. I think it will be helpful if we get customer support link on the app itself and option to get summary report of monthly usuage apart from the daily transaction details on the wallet section. Thank you.

New design looks good and might be take time to adjust new UI. One basic feature was missed. Contact customer support through this App.. If we have delivery/billing related queries we have to call to customer care number only. Even that number didn't mention. Hope they integrate in upcomming version. I wish you good luck.
