Its broken. Have tried uninstalling and clearing cache and reinstalled etc... I have had nothing but decling service in the last several months ever since the first talk of Toble purchasing Mint Mobile. Tried looking on line and the various suggestions i can find don't fix anything.

This is by far the worst phone plan I have ever experienced. Not only does my data stop working a lot. Have to reset my phone 20 times a day. On top of that, my phone service goes off. And when I make a phone call. It says I have no phone provider. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra So I have a good phone This is the first time I am using esim and I think it has something to do with that but not sure. The app provides everything one would need to get started, manage account and services. However, the startup animation of the app every time you open is incredibly unnecessary. The app should have one function as the user opens it.

Please don't waste your time with Mint. I prepaid for three months and something was wrong with my service. Had a functioning phone for a total of three days. Back and forth endlessly with tech support for weeks until I finally asked for my money back. Whoops! We can't refund you now that it has been over a week since your purchase! Absolute lunacy.

I'm changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star because suddenly the service is no longer reliable. For 3 days my service hasn't worked. It doesn't matter what tower I'm on, it just doesn't work. I called the customer support line, that was a nightmare, and, ultimately, didn't fix my problem. Unless this problem gets resolved I will be dropping this service soon.

The app is quick to try to sell you more high speed data when you realize that Mint's data past the guaranteed amount is incredibly slow. The slightly higher priced prepaid plan on T-Mobile doesn't slow down nearly as much.

Inbound calls not working. I took a chance, ported my number, but cannot receive calls. I can make calls, send & receive text, browse the Internet, get voice message, BUT no incoming calls. Multiple calls to support & text chats with support with no fix. FYI, I'm a computer network technician & am comfortable with technology. I followed all the online steps, got the email saying, your all set. I also configured the APN settings per Mint's website. I have a comparable phone Note 20 5G.

Mint Mobile's coverage has gotten worse for my Sony Experia Ace III. I was at a Walmart Supercenter in West Sacramento, and I had no signal available. I opened the Mint app to be hit with a "no Connection" message. So I rebooted my phone but to no avail. When connected to WiFi, I found 1.9 GB of data left. I doubt the cloudy weather has anything to do with it. What's strange is that Mint works fine on my Motorola G Stylus, but not on the Experia Ace III.

App is great. Service is terrible. I've had this phone for over two weeks and still can't make or receive phone calls. Customer service just constantly tells me thats their is a problem with a tower but they don't know when it will be fixed.
