It's looking like a scam to me. Can top up my master card but can't use it, cause issuer declined the card. And also It's showing that they are adding visa to their service, so they blocked all other cards but Their customer service doesn’t reply, when asked about the matter

The application and the card work wonderfully, very smooth and easy. I have purchased several things with the card successfully and without problems or obstacles. The only annoying thing is the frequent maintenance, which takes a lot of time. I know that the crew is working hard to improve the application, but I hope that the maintenance will be one-time and for a long period and then everything will return to working perfectly as the first time. Hi pyypl support team, please try and work this issue out a has taken longer time now, I can't no longer see my card on my account and can't send money as well, even online is not working and card not functioning anymore. Please try and resolve this issue your customers are patiently waiting for teams to figure out this issues. Thanks so much for your service and wish to have good experience like before on pyypl.

Their cars service has always technical issues. I installed the app 6 months ago and used it for 2-3 times. Since then whenever I want use the card it says technical issues.

If you are still hesitant to apply for Pyypl card or not, then Not. Never. I am unable to access funds on my account for more then 10 days. Neither to do any online transaction nor cash atm withdrawal. Application keeps message that system is undergoing upgrade. But there is 0 information when all services will go back to normal. There is 0 customer support. Nobody replys ever. More True stories you can read on their Instagram page.

This app is a disgrace! I had a problem where I cannot do transactions between the app and mpesa. Most of my payments would get declined. Then recently they announced all Visa cards are temporarily not functional till they resolve the issue. So basically you cannot do anything here. I'm uninstalling this pathetic app.

This application stooped working with the saving money from the last 7days, there is no one to take any responsibility even we report over and over. We cant process our payment for the last seven consecutive days its really annoying. They just write on the application 'sorry we on upgrading'. Why i am waiting seven days after i top up money on your platform this really really annoying

Ok everything seem fine but what I don't understand is why this app rejects. National ID receipt from Cameroon during verification because in cameroon it's very hard and difficult to renew our ID cards and the originals came immediately as we can use the receipt. For years without an original being given by the government. So many users have opt out of this app due to this reason. And so am I opt in out because I can't verify to use. Sorry but I use this app weekly for all my transaction.
