This is the worst apps I have ever seen in my life they blocked my account and they told me for some documents I sendid all but I'm still waiting for to reopen my account but they can't opened still And I'm calling everyday on the customer service number but they not responding to me I'm tired

No one replies the ticket. My Funds are stick with them for past 1 week. They don't either credit it nor return it. I have given all the documents that have been asked but no response. Seems very wierd.

If you deposit cash, it can reach them in a day but they take up to THREE days to credit your account. Customer support is slow/unavailable. These guys won't be disrupting banks anytime soon.
