It was a good experience using simpl and making payments, vur unfortunately my simpl pay is not working it asks me to auto repay and it was set to auto repay but again it asks me to set for auto repay even it was. Even SIA is unable to help and I wasn't able to use simpl.

My account is hacked. Multiple transactions happened via billbox. No OTP nothing. No way to reach out to the customer care. Even the chat box is dumb. It allowed the scammers to even change the email address hence the Billboard won't let you dispute the transactions. The only way to reach the support is via email, that too not responding to the emails. Update: It's been 2 months and they were unable to provide any update on it forget about the resolution.

Who asked to pay later service, it made mandate to pay via Simpl at Swiggy during new year. And if we don't paid in time by any chance forget then Simpl charges extra 600+, this is extra service which is not necessary since we can utilise credit card services with additional grace period benifits. I suggest drop down this kind of services from playstore

Hello everyone, please refrain from using this app as it imposes a convenience fee for mobile charges and an additional fee if we clear payment dues using a credit card. The reason most people, like myself, use it is because we can perform instant recharges and bill payments. However, since they introduced the convenience fee, it's better to start using a credit card directly. Furthermore, the billing period is too short. So everyone just uninstall this app.

I am using Simpl for more than 2 years and never delayed the payment but since I was medically unfit due to which there was some financial issues but I paid the dues with a late fees they blocked the services so that means u don't trust genuine client thanks a lot and a happy ending. Good bye

It was a horrible experience with this app..their billing period is too short and that too they levy heavy late payment charges. It's a lot better to use credit cards as they have an interest free period of 50 days. There is no point using such an app especially for people who are salaried. I had to eventually uninstall it after making repeated requests for a 30 day interest free period. The easier the usage, the more cumbersome and stressful is the repayment.

Worst customer service and also by having 1500 credit this app is not available on any own merchant for payment it shows not eligible first i ordered which was totally supportable but after that I repay all money and now I have again 1500 credit but now I can't spend money on merchant apps even as an influencer having worst experience in this app

The new UI absolutely sucks, had a horrible experience. They have put ads of myntra and what not. It was far more easier when doing emergency transactions, it was just a click away, for example my broadband plan expired and I tried to pay via simpl and then I see all these unnecessary banners where there were reminders of list of what needs to recharged, I can't find it anymore. Horrible experience seriously! whoever came up with the idea should be fired.

Previously I gave 5 star ratings for this app but now I'm changing as while repayment via credit card it is charging me. I was disappointed as previously there were no charges if I'm paying via credit card. Also it's repayment cycle is fortnight while other apps gives me 1 month time period. Please rectify these things and I will give u 5 star again.
