Very useless. I paid into the wallet cos I was without cash, and I can't transfer it to the card. The QR codes don't work, and the Toll agents can't do anything about it. The app works alright, the two issues I face are to top up the account is so hard cause when I try to transfer with apps like palmpay it falls and when I use banking apps it shows account number is invalid, second issue is the app always closes when I click on the notification option.

This app is lovely and good but they should synchronize it perfectly to show balance at all times instantly. As of right now, it does not show balance at all. I will rate them better when they sort this out.

Please you needed to make this app to network friendly and light while loading, also the auto scan doesn't work, one need to impute the boss code and it takes time to confirm route and to also generate QR Code, please the developer need to improve on these things, because this is an app that time is of essence while using it...it needed to be swifter to launching. The old version seems better.

Firstly, the app is really user friendly. Secondly, it malfunctions a lot and here's how: 1. I'm unable to load my through the app. I even tried it at Ojota a d it didn't work. 2. It doest show my balance anymore. 3. The first time I used the QR code to get on the bus, I couldn't use it to get to stop the transaction. As it stands. The app is totally unnecessary.

Shitload of app that does nothing but bloats on the phone. There should be an option to top up from cards and not just a transfer to a random microfinance bank. Also, I should seamlessly move funds between the card and app/wallet and for NFC enable phones, I should tap and pay like the cards. Getting a functional app shouldn't be difficult in a society like Lagos so I wonder who published this on Google.

Once i check in and the gps tracked my entry... why do i still have to pay whole amount of the bus route till i check out... and again.. there has to be an active customer service thag attends to tapping out errors and refund overcharges as it is to the card... the WhatsApp helpline doesn't reply...and the service phone lines never connects..

It saves your details without timing or logging you out..after transacting and you forget to log out it remains the same for hours.. this a high risk Also.. your logging details are auto save...my exp using other app is that it only request you to save your user ID if you want to but for cowry it's auto save for userid n password. High risk
