La app è fatta veramente bene ed è semplice da utilizzare. Meriterebbe 5 stelle, ma mi limito a 4 per il momento perché ho dovuto attendere una settimana per la risoluzione di un problema relativo ad un acquisto non andato inizialmente a buon fine (ho pagato un biglietto senza riceverlo, fortunatamente dopo aver inviato 3 e-mail sono riuscito a recuperare il biglietto). Suggerisco un servizio di assistenza più tempestivo. A quel punto direi che la app meriterebbe 5 stelle.

Non esiste PayPal come metodo di pagamento. Né viene spiegato da nessuna parte che l'app esiste se non quando ormai si sale sull'autobus ed è troppo tardi per capire che il biglietto non lo si può fare via telematica.

Male ma non malissimo, per funzionare funziona anche spesso fatica ad effettuare gli acquisti con l'app di Postepay. Se non dai il permesso per usare il GPS ogni volta che la apri esce la schermata che dice "Impossibile trovare posizione", che è molto fastidioso: lo so che non la trovi, sono io che non voglio dartela. Gradirei la presenza di una casella da spuntare tipo "Non vedere più questa schermata". Per il resto è ok.
