Very good app thank you avg anti virus and security. I got the problem about getting adds in my phone why because I installed apk and after some time I deleted the apk and adds are coming and I checked file manager,Play Store and setting no use of it .In play stire i searched for anti virus cleaning it showed me your app and i installed your app and I can remove that file .so they adds are not coming . Last review was 2016, now 2024. In 9 years had several provider protection. Liking so far but some basics need payment . Eg scheduled scan. Happy but undecided with SD maid , Norton lock etc. Clashes 2016.. Good. As previous comment don't like being prompted to give 5 stars . Also on new phone play knows I have subscribed but app says I am continuing with ads . Need to wait and see if it realises I paid for no ads .

So I've had this app for a few days now. My Google account always showed I was logged into like 5 sessions. All (apparently) me. Since I've got this app it is only ONE session active. Which is the real me. It's redirected me twice with a warning when I didn't know I was on harmful sites. Since getting this app I don't browse through my permissions wonder and worrying about what some things are. It did what I couldn't do for myself. It gave me peace of mind! I use my phone. AVG does the rest.

UPDATE: I was very interested in buying your VPN but was put back in my findings, even with your AVG "In 2019, privacy experts discovered that Avast was using their antivirus products to collect user data which was then sold to third parties. So you profit off MY information, then want to be paid for doing so by purchasing your "somewhat" decent VPN? ...finding a new antivirus. NEW download, but works great so far! Thank you!

I have paid for a full 1 year premium membership, and have today received a message that says my "Free 14 dage trial has expired" and if I want full functions then I have to buy the premium edition. This is totally unacceptable. I have sent an message to AVG, but think that it is totally unacceptable, that a professional company which has sold me a product, doesn't even know that I've actually paid from the start. According to my google play account, my subscription runs out in March 2025.

The junk cleaner deleted all albums I had created in my phones gallery, including every photo I've taken. I have lost ALL pictures I had of my pets who have passed away and I can't seemingly do anything to get them back. I can't even contact support without paying for a premium subscription. Do not make the same mistake as me and use the junk cleaner function!

My child likes downloading games and last year it happened that he downloaded a game that had virus and everything on my phone was gone because I had to reset the phone as it was switching on and off so this AVG Anti-virus app is really helpful, it tells you if an app is safe or not when you download on Google play. I just upgraded my subscription now to have more services. Thanks.

Very sad that this app as only ever found 2 critical problems or things needed to be fixed in my system.. I have a full blown keylogging data dumping malicious as all hell suite of apps on my phone . When I turn off app lock and not allow it to run it's own very OUT OF DATE browser wich is detected as android 10 . Sad this app I've paid for over 2 years and nothing ever happens.. it says the app is protecting my phone ..... hahaha and it's secured, but it's not updated on virusdata base....

Peace of mind with having AVG although,bit keeps switching itself off and then I receive a message to give them permission to check for threats etc so have to open settings and switch it on, I don't know why it's doing this when I'm not turning it off, why would I, that's the point of having it
