Great desktop experience, app in iPad is very good, but mobile app in android cellphone is not good enough. My main complains are: views/filter/sorting are very limited, app is clunky and unreliable, and it doesn't work offline (which is dealbreaker). I will keep using Airtable in my laptop, and probably my ipad, but until it gets better on cellphones I am just going to delete the app. I'll keep an eye on future updates thought, hopefully it improves.

Some features are missing compared to the Web version; a few simple ones would be the ability to make records' height smaller, and to be able to collapse some groups when using the "Group" function. Finally, a great feature would be the ability to have a working script button, but I understand this is quite hard to implement correctly on mobile; maybe sending a link to a mobile-friendly Web page where the script is executed would be easier to implement? Other than that, very decent app!

One of the worst apps I've endured for two years. Airtable really dropped the ball on this app. Do NOT expect to use this app as a regularbsolution for on-the-go mobile data entry / updating your database. The app often doesn't save paragraph text field data, and if you switch to another app for a few moments to copy something, chances are you'll have to renavigate back to the base, view, and row you were just on. The app was easier to endure before Airtable recently changed the plans.

The recent Android update messed up a lot of my apps and system settings. For airtable, when I try to type in a field within a record, the app starts quickly and uncontrollably adding blank spaces into the field, preventing me from typing. I try to delete all those extra spaces so the text appears on screen, but more space is immediately added. Can you resolve this? Thanks!

* Update changed the way tables/views scroll sideways, leaving a descriptive header for each row, but I'll be OK with it eventually, since I see what the goal is. * Searching for a barcode that resulted in no records, then tapping the (+), I think would add a record with the barcode, but no longer does. * However, the change(s) to the individual record view is driving me crazy. The older, I think more compact, view seemed better to me. Missing features available on desktop and web browser.

I am using this to keep track of my whiskey collection. The app used to have a real nice card layout that I customized to show the most important stuff first, but in a recent update that all went away and I'm left with this awkward spreadsheet view that just doesn't fit on a phone screen like the cards did. The cards still exist on desktop, but I like having the app so I can reference my opinions and prices quickly while out shopping around, and its become a lot more difficult to use.

Lost all my files. This is a good app if a bit clunky to navigate. It holds files/images well. I deleted my whole collection by accident trying to work on different views and could not get them back from the bin. I deleted the app and came back only to find someone else is now using my login details with their own images and have lost all my files and hundreds of images I had collected and stored.

I want to love this app - Airtable is very cool on the desktop. And it seems to work okay for viewing? But for editing, it's dangerously broken. It loses entered data. I can add a table column and it'll be invisible until I force close and reopen the app. I can edit a record; see my results right there in the table; go away and edit some other record; and come back and find the first record's changes gone. Or only partially applied. A database with inconsistent state is worse than useless.

Was looking for an Android alternative to MS Access, this seemed to do the job but if, of course due to limitations of the system, weak in comparison, though usable for most purposes. The main issue is that this app crashes constantly and gets stuck in a loop where each button takes you back to the home screen. Thus rendering the app unusable. Even closing a reopening doesn't seem to fix this. Have to close and come back 20min later. Not actually usable a majority of the time. Uninstalled.
