Bought a bangle in July, 2023 on which they charged 11k for making it, got it broken by November, 2023. Won't recommend it to anyone. Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 today. CaratLane is a scam it's the finest example of "everything glitters isn't gold". Under the big banner of Tanishq, they've been running a scandal but their truth prevails anyway.

Loved and happy with the purchase, the staff were very proactive, very responsive and very helpful. They've taken utmost care and made the transit quick for my purchase. The assistance was really helpful and the approach was the best so far in any jewelry store by Ayesha R. She made the purchase way smoother than I thought with utmost care. Not much variety of design available for men..maximum diamond rings are of 14k and option for 18k gold not available. The app is very well designed and user friendly.

fooling everyone..first they'll guarantee 100% exchange value on prevailing metal rate..but the app will show almost 20 percent less of present prevailing rate. Like i purchased diamond earrings at Rs 47373 , which are now available at 58k + making charges + GST...but the app is showing just Rs 45k exchange value (difference of 13k) and 41k return value. I made a great mistake by buying from there store. I request you all don't fall in their trap.
