Easy to use app, but 4 out of the 6 cards I sent home had insufficient postage and were held by Royal Mail until paid (by receiver). When I raised this with SC customer services I was told that RM were wrong and had made a mistake - not sure how they'd make the same 'mistake' 4 times...but there we go. Pretty frustrating and I won't use again .

Delivery is always slow and sometimes cards simply don't turn up at all. They will resend undelivered cards once only, but apart from that meaning huge delays, I've now had a card that still has not been delivered, and it seems they won't send again. As it was a card for a birthday in October, to be honest it is too late now anyway. I initially put these constant issues down to covid, but they are no better now, and once I've attempted to use up my remaining credits I won't use them again.

The main thing to be aware of,which I hate,is that the credits EXPIRE! This needs to be changed for me to carry on using this service. DO NOT BUY LARGE BUNDLES AS YOU will HAVE YO USE THEM ALL UP IN 18MONTHS! Overall the results are good and they do seem to get to the destination! Just buy a couple at a time as and when. I was tempted to fork out on a big bundle but now most of them will expire next month. Especially bad as during Covid we were not going anywhere!

I posted my initial review a year ago and the problem is still going on. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS For almost 6 months now the postcards sent through this ap have arrived damaged with a big white blemish in the middle of the photos. I complained several times and got free credits to send cards but the problem persists and there seems to be no attempt to fix what is likely a printing problem. Very disappointing as it is a great Idea. I will stop using it
