the transaction of credit it not working ! When ever I change the screen it cancel everything it gose back again to the main screen, it's quite frustrating to keep trying for more than 10 to work ! And it only keep showing me the high price packages. Thanks not cool!

Turkcell have failed on all levels, this app main feature is topping up your package, however, once you get to payment page it froze with 'warn' window message. Also subscribed to superonline home Internet and they have failed to provide maintenance service. So if you are planning to live in Turkey avoid dealing with Turkcell.

Lots of unwanted ad notifications after they added a store section with an update. My original intention of downloading this app was checking my package limits, i never agreed to get promotional notifications or random popups that i may accidentally click. The service is the fastest and most reliable provider in turkey but they cant possibly get more greedy than this. The app is painfully slow and is filled with weird cringe mascots too...

What the hell is going on, like always poor app, new problem now, it's been more than a week when you want to add packages or top up the app stops working, and when you call the customer service they say we will transfer you to payment department so that you enter your credit card information and they add TL for you and then you call us back they we will convert that TL in packages for you but when you do that even at the end it says the process failed!

I suggest everyone to NOT download this app. It has many problems such as advertising their products by sending notifications. Also the products (such as Internet) are not cheap. Also after around 3-4 months they blocked my phone and I can't use the Sim card anymore. I also can't pay with my debit/credit card (It says that I should try again.But I tried so many times with different cards at different times) Hope you find this helpful.

I want to report this error (we are sorry that your action could not be completed. Please try again later) which has persisted for 1 month for me, but when I look at the google play store comments this problem is for a long time. This is making the app ranking very low. Kindly solve this error for user to utilize the app benefits which are necessary to keep in touch with the account details. This would enhance the quality of Turkcell which is a very well-known service provider in Turkiye.

Completely useless. Won't allow registration, even after entering the code received by SMS correctly. Now the app gives an error every time I open it. I'm not restarting my phone just for this stupid app, uninstalling is much easier.

First the app has lot's of technical problems, it doesn't open easy, also Turkcell charge you (not cheap) fees while using the app from mobile data. And you will face problems buying a new package. All that aside the app has very bad ux design. I don't recommend it at all I'm leaving Turkcell for good
