I use this app for my dehumidifier and it works great, I tied it into Alexa and which gives me the ability to control it from anywhere in the house.

Took a while to connect and holding swing button down for 3 seconds does nothing but waste time. Didnt work on my better smartfon but linked on this one. Weird

Was prompted to move to this app. Attempted to log in with my midea account and got the bad username or password message. Verified info and made sure it worked in the midea app. Still no luck in the new app. Created a new account with the same credentials. Now, it wants me to set everything up again. No thanks, I'll just use the old app until it stops working.

The app gets the job done but it feels very unfinished. Integrating any external sensors is pretty much impossible. There is the option to connect to Alexa but all the Alexa Routines can do is turn the AC unit on or off, set a temperature or fan speed. It can't set the operating mode which is vital to me.

The old app worked much better. Now my dehumidifier always shows 61% full no matter how full it is. Never had an issue with the old app.

Had to get this for the Midea Portable Air-conditioner, but would be nice if it read the humidity in the room. Brought in my outdoor one to discover it was 84% in my home!! Too high!!

almost perfect since you can control the AC at your fingertips since it is wifi ready. but i hope you can also see the kwh usage of the AC.
