Scams, transphobic and terrible customer service. That's putting it lightly. My wife started an event for a sorority, and multiple people, including myself, invited a very good friend. They're trans. Elfster nuked them, told them that it was the organizer, which is wasn't as given proof to them, and refused to even gift them even though they sent out a gift that was received. They will also block you on Instagram if you comment anything negative. TERRIBLE!

Ruined My Book Exchange. The app decided to draw recipients on its own before everybody invited had entered. And on the subsequent redraws after they entered, it failed to include them in the exchange so we had to cancel the whole thing.
