Could not sync for passes. Said it was invalid. Tried to make reservation using printed pass and it came back failure.

Purchased the all inclusive ticket. Haven't received a confirmation email with the pass despite contacting their customer care number,email,instagram DM and whatsapp!

Worked great! Used it for 360 Chicago, Big Bus, and the Architectural boat tour. No problems at all. And we had a group of 10!

Very bad experience on payment. Ask for billing address and I am putting address from bank statement, still says fields not matching. Keeps denying traction even when bank issues online transaction otp properly

There are several attractions on the Go City San Antonio website that aren't on the app. Very frustrating.

Bought a 3 day pass for a premium event and once I down loaded the app and synced my purchase I can't select or have an option for any of the premium events. What a waste of money.
