Most of the time riders have to travel 3 to 5km to pick the delivery. There are times i hv to cancel the Pick up as pick up point was 11 km away. Anothr day it was 8km away. We have no choice but to cancel since we don't get much profit from our rides as we have to bear the fuel cost, phone bills, internet and etc. Also at times we are help less when customer give us a decorated cake or any other decorated food items as we have not provoded a carrier bag. Pls consider about above issues

Over all ok. However the performance option seems incorrect. Three trips were done. The Performance option showed only two. And it showed a rejected trip which is not True. I have the screen shots. If you guys are interested can send for review.

Cannot open the app to end the trip from 6.45pm today It keeps getting closed and also showing wrong directions with google maps. As an example 4.3kms round trip for actual 200 meters distance. Very disappointed.

when passenger ask to check the current fare.. it's not showing. waiting+distance fare must display like previous version.. and should update every moment like before.. it's taking long time to display after end the trip. it should upgrade coz passengers might think that they are being cheated.

Force us to change premission. Always running the app even not using it. Low rate. No dark mode at day time. It's like more you earn more you loose. always reduce distance. Only two time you can contact them and remember you are on your own. Always make decisions. Used this app for 7 Years. Not recommend. Thanks

Pick me was good for drivers few years back. But now the drivers are not getting any benefits. Disgusting service . I think the management should consider giving high priority to drivers. The management is trying to play cricket without a ball
