Generally great rides but lots of spam when you book a ride and force app updates at time of booking. Having to wait 5 mins for an update for a six min ride is pretty frustrating. Pushing urgent updates would make more sense.

DO NOT USE. Literally the worst app, and terrible support for in ride issues (vehicles stopping for now reason). No way to get refund within a reasonable about of time.

1* because I can't give any less. Booked scooter and wanted to park, app indicated that put the helmet back. After locking the helmets, app informed this is no parking zone. Error unlocking the helmet again. Unable to ride again to park at the designated parking spot due to unable to unlock helmets. Charged me $118 for 34 mins. I walked the same distance in 31 mins. Seems like I walk faster. Total scam. Highly not recommended.

Hidden parking "convenience" fee. They charge enough already. This was nonsense. I wasn't even close to the parking fee zones so I had no idea where to repark. RIP beam

Fraudulent company, exorbitant prices, here to rip off the people.. would not recommend, it's been 2 months and they still haven't set up subscriptions or passes . #there was nothing wrong with lime now they have mucked up transportation within my city ...

The area I work recently changed from Neuron (never had an issue with them) to Beam so I downloaded the app to use a scooter and the app won't even open. It freezes at the logo splash screen. So far my Beam experience is off to a great start

Too expensive. They charge per time not per distance. It took me like 4 min to unlock the helmet, very convenient for them
