I subscribed Premium to watch certain shows (they were advertised that ViX had them) only to find that they are not available. Also, shows/novelas have commercials, I have premium, it supposed to be commercial free. I tried to get a refund but I was denied. I literally have had my account less than an hour. Careful when you sign up, they just get your money.

Not worth the price, We paid premium for no ads and yet we always get adds as if we were watching cable tv. I'm canceling my subscription once my subscription ends. I do not recommend premium. soccer games advertised to show up here are not here. contacting their help center is a waste of time since they don't fix the issue, they are just money thirsty.

Vix app is horrible for a month now I've been experiencing no streaming at all called my internet provider and all is running smoothly on my end I am very disappointed you have no one to speak to only through chat and they don't acknowledge that it is a technical problem with their app and I pay for this app

It would be nice if the app came with subtitles in English. I'd be able to show great movies made by hispanic actors but they don't have subs and she is missing most of the idea because she doesn't fully understand the language

It was advertised to me as a 24/7 acces to La Casa De los Famosos México, completely False advertisement because not only do they sensor but I would click to see one room and would show me other room. Cameras get disabled. I just subscribed for that reason, I'm not getting what I was promised

Horrible. They basically bully you with an insane amount of advertising so you'll pay for a non-functional app. Not worth it. It's a shame because the content is very attractive. Edit to add: No amount of sad emojis justify the overload of ads. You can do better.

Is good they idea of having all the novelas, but is pretty annoying how many adds they put in one video at the beginning was only a couple of adds now is like they trying to force you to get the premium version of the app. I'm not paying for something that stop continually, doesn't continue we're yo leave it at... And it's a lot of work in order to work. It's pretty annoying how many as you get every 3 minutes they don't even let you enjoy the video.
