I love this app because unlike the app on my TV it actually works. You can watch all the channels you want and they do not freeze like the one on tv. I would never recommend the app on the Roku because it hardly ever works.

Terrible app keeps crashing doesn't have a sleep mode also they make it really hard to unsubscribe. I'm trying to and I still can't. I went to my payments and subscriptions and it doesn't show up. Also in the app I click on payments and subscriptions and it won't let me cancel. Very shady on peacock part that it makes it hard for us to cancel the subscription. I'm gonna report this to the bbb

I work late. Everytime I come home and try to watch a wrestling show, there's some kind of issue. I can't go to the beginning. If the show ends while I'm watching it the feed cuts off. There's no immediate access to the replay. It sucks. WWE Network was so much better. NBC ruined my viewer experience every time I just wanted to watch wrestling. Garbage streaming app.

Didn't realize I was being charged for peacock (it's free) from xfinity, and peacock premium (no commercials) after cancelling my subscription was still charged for both even though xfinity offered peacock premium for free. for about a year for a total of $145 until I started. Can't talk to a live person so I email them trying to figure out where the money was sent, and have heard nothing from anyone. There's no phone number I could find. THEY SUCK

Terrible for any sports content in particular. Atrocious user experience and interface. Ads are significantly louder than content with the bass cranked way up. Peacock support is aware but "the only fix is manual adjustment." This is illegal on traditional TV and can be reported to the FCC, but I guess peacock doesn't count as "TV." I get it for free and it's still not worth it. Edit: NBC stop responding to my reviews. I've provided feedback, you've already responded that you don't care.

Edit for 2023: Still utterly fails to cast. Content locked behind this steaming (steaming?) service is enjoyable, however the application misses typical functions of better apps. Annoyingly nearly all functionality goes missing when casting to a TV - entirely unable to skip to different times, pause, or stop casting! Only way out was to close the application and then try casting in Google Home app. Disappointed that this sorry app is gatekeeping a decent media library.

Instead of changing my subscription plan I have been charged double AND it still doesnt give me the premium features for the month term Ive purchased and then some. Now I i try to change again itll bill me a third time im sure. This is bs and there is no direct customer service info within the app. Tried google for refund assitance and its an automated system that just declines with no reason. What a time waste in additon to my money

Purchased a plan through google but for some reason when opening up the app and signing in it asks me to purchase a plan though I've already paid for the subscription. On Peacocks website there is no customer service or help available. There are places to look up a question but if it's not listed there's no place to get the help you actually need I've tried on my Roku, laptop unable to watch I tried on my android and that wont even open just get a message that says Something went wrong.

peacock has issues! It will pause EVERY FEW SECONDS! I have done ALL the trouble shooting possible. It is DEFINITELY an issue on Peacock, the platform. It is not a slow connection, it is not due to having too many devices using the network..we only have our TV on it. Peacock is the only streaming app, out of all the apps we pay for, that has this issue. According to all the information I can find on the internet about Peacock, this is an issue for MANY people. Unfortunately we have to cancel!
