I have tried for 3 days to get an order to go through & couldn't get it to. I kept getting "card errors". I carefully checked the Bank Card #, expiration date, etc., and nothing worked until today...very frustrating. I am busy trying to keep my husband with lung cancer alive & this is taking my time away from him!

My picky picky cat only eats dry kibble and likes gravy with no bits in it. The I&luv&U is great and he eats it right up. I give him the Lil Gravy a couple of times a day and that is lapped up first . I love the convenience of auto ship, as well. Good job.

chewy has made my life so much easier. you got try this app they are the best I have ever found. Delivered to your door! And if shopping for pet supplies has you lifting and loading heavy pet food litter or supplies needed monthly for your cats. chewy changes the whole hassle of purchasing pet supplies. God I love chewy!!!!

I can find everything I need through Chewy. However, their prices have steadily increased, especially my cat's Vetsulin U-40 insulin. I am on a fixed income which makes these price increases difficult for me to give my kitties what they need. I must give him the insulin every 12 hours--it's a tight squeeze to my budget...

While I love the products, this is the MOST difficult website to navigate! It kept knocking items out of my cart & changing the number I wanted. It also refused the $20 discount on a $50 order.

Chewy customer service is second to none. Nobody does it like them. they take such good care of us and they will do the same for you. 30 seconds after dialing their number I was on the phone with a human being and didn't have to go through 20 extensions and 10 different robots to get the help I needed.

you send me a code for 20% off because it's my babies bday. I went to use it and would not allow me to do so, very disappointed! I feel like this company sends things like that out to just pat themselves on the back to make u look good. But really, the customer gets the short end of the stick.
