OMG! Totally ridiculous and useless! I've tried to use the app and have selected Recover my sign in ID because it won't accept my AM number and password, which I know, but it WILL NOT generate any type of reset! It just keeps going back to the 1st page advising how the app works- which it doesn't, lol! This program has totally gone down the tube anyway since losing Safeway/Sobeys and has become, again, useless! Scene is entirely better and I've accumulated tons of points in no time there

This app worked great for a long time until the last update Feb 28 2023. It kicked me out of the app all of a sudden, & I have not been able to log back in. Error "something went wrong". Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no change. Deleted browser cookies. Uninstalled app again on different day and reset phone, reinstalled, no change. Already contacted Airmiles support who said it could take up to 6 WEEKS?! to get this resolved for me. I provided all of my device info. Login on desktop fine.

App doesn't work properly in wireless data situation. In App function, such as shop, snap, earn function is just a joke! Even 1 star is too much.

It is impossible to open the application. It only displays a message: "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later." Tried to install several times with the same result.

Asks me login via Sign in ID and once I do, asks me to login via Email, which the app doesn't take me to. It's the same login page using Sign in ID. SERVER ERROR if trying to login for a web session. Don't understand what's the point of such an app

Air Miles Receipts new program is terrible. The scanner doesn't properly capture my receipt even after multiple attempts. When I submitted my receipt, it said that I did not qualify for any offers, even though I was eligible for 5 offers. I submitted an inquiry, which was declined without sending any notice back to me. Don't waste your time with this program.
