The service is 5⭐. The app needs a way for customers to contact the surfers when the surfers arrive to hand over the car, so minus 1 star there. Otherwise, great app. PLEASE expand to the Midwest (STL, Memphis, etc). ❤️

The app itself does the job but the service is awful. If collecting from an airport you have to take a taxi to an off-site car park, usually at a sketchy location like a bus station, where a homeless person will meet you with the car and do a handover. Once you factor in the taxi costs, inconvenience and general "ick" of their collection and drop off process you're better off renting from the airport. Don't use this if you're a young person or woman. They will screw you on the gas refuel charges

Very poor experience with this app. They wouldn't verify my details, which made unable to book a car, and when I raised a complaint with them, they just said that it isn't their fault and it's a 3rd party's. Like that shouldn't be my issue as I was trying to be Kyte customer, not that 3rd party's customer. And then they say that my account won't be verified for upto 6 months. Doesn't make sense at all. And the customer support was like their work is done. 100% wouldn't recommend

Great experience! - I've only used once, but great, and I will use them the next time I need a rental. I registered (for the first time) and was able to have a car delivered to my door less than 10 hours from my initial registration. I was able to update my 'return location' to be near the airport, which saved me an Uber fare. Both delivery and pick up were on time, and the 'surfers' were very courteous. This will be my go-to rental. Keep up the awesome experience!

The app works great, but I wouldn't say the same for the service. The drop off/pick up point for Chicago Midway is a $45 ride (one way) from the airport, and if your flight is delayed, making you late through no fault of your own, they penalize you for it. Using Kyte in Chicago cost me more and was 100% more stressful than just renting a car at the airport.

Overall great experience so far. When booking in the app, the layout was easy to read and interact with. The extension process is very easy as well. The only gripe I have is the flucuating rates. The customer service is responsive and solved any issues / concerns I've had so far.

My experience was amazing. Booking was extremely simple. They dropped off the car and picked up at times requested. I even left a stroller in the car and noticed 3.5 hours after they left. 6 hours later and they returned it themselves (shout out to Greg from Kyte in Miami). Would definitely use again and have already recommended to a number of friends and family.
