It is the best vpn I have ever seen, but since three days ago, everything I do will not connect.i use ot in pc and mobile but its not connected any more.the error is "you're offline please connect to the internet to use your vpn".I am connected to the internet and this warning shows that everything I did did not work, please take care. This POS development team hasn't gotten back to me regarding my problem, then suspiciously a day after I gave them my email, I started getting bombarded with junk/spam mail in my inbox. It's been a month since I sent in my inquiry. I was able to stop the influx of spam, but I know these a-holes are responsible for selling my information. Still haven't heard from them regarding my issue. Uninstalled and wouldn't pay for anything from them due to Privacy Concerns. Be warned.

I downloaded the app from the google store. It mentioned all the features ( including kill switch) yet after installing the app, I found out that although it is the latest version there are features missing.

Big failure after Feb 2019 update on Samsung Galaxy devices. I'll cancel my subscription if this issue doesn't get solved in 10 days. this kind of failure is not acceptable since this app is not new and the company been run by professional developers. in 2015 HMA was the largest VPN provider in the world. what the market share looks like now?

It's great and actually works. I think with browsers outside Google you may have into incognito mode but it doesn't become stuck or make anything slower. I used it to access US websites and it just works without glitches.

If we choose India as a location, it always gives IP address of USA avast server. Kindly rectify it at the earliest. Have cross checked the ip on various platforms and all of them points country as USA. This is a bug or you don't have IP for India.

STOP ASKING ME TO RATE YOUR APP! I've paid for your service for years and use it on a daily basis. It usually works well, does the job. But I can't stand being badgered to rate the app. I've accepted it over the years, but it's getting on my nerves. If I want to rate the app or update my rating, I will do it! Thanks to your apps constant badgering year on year, I've decided to rate your app. Unfortunately, I'm rating it badly because of this, even though it provides a decent service. Sorry.

HMA have been cumbersome from the start! Getting signed up for the free trial took way longer than it should. They need to give more notifications on the next step process instead of just leaving you to a non user friendly website. The other issue is the location only works for very few countries (trying on MAC and android). I will update if I ever get this thing to do what it claims to do....
