I can't even place an order...it just wipes my cart and switch the order to "Pick-up" instead of delivery. Yeah, I'm done. Don't waste your time, this app is 100% Grade-A trash.

Of course the morning I go to use a coupon I've been signed out and can't sign in. It says my email is already in use as if I'm creating a new account. When I hit lost password it can't generate a code for me. I also can't create a new account. I know the password is correct. If I use the wrong password it says it doesn't recognize my log in info. With the correct password it says I can't be signed in and that my email is already in use.

This is one of the worst food apps around. Constantly signs you out. There's always an error when trying to sign back in with Facebook. How do I delete my Facebook sign in? I just want to use email and password. It give us the option for Google and Apple ID sign in. It's 2024. Get with the times.

I only go to krispy Kreme for the frozen coffee and before they changed the app I could use the points towards a FROZEN coffee n now the new app won't let u use it. So what's the point of the app bc the iced coffee r nasty and I don't get anything else from the store other than frozen coffee so yes this app sucks since they have changed it will be deleting it cause no sense in taking up phone space when I can't even use my point towards what I want

Won't allow me to connect or log in with Facebook. Been almost 6 months now. It started working, and now it won't let me sign in again with facebook login.* Was fixed but now 2 weeks later doing same thing again*

I just updated my Krispy Kreme app and saw that the rewards program has changed completely. I had enough points to get a dozen free donuts along with other freebies I've been saving for a rainy day. I'm just really disappointed if I just lost all my points and rewards that I've earned throughout the years of enjoying Krispy Kreme donuts because thanks to this "new" rewards program all those saved up points were "graciously" converted to 1 free glazed donut or 150 points.
