Unusable since the latest update, can't log in or accept terms of use. The "accept" button is greyed out. Long time user, formerly 5* rating reviewer. I had clicked the option to accept all terms, including optional terms. No difference. I just reinstalled an older version from an apk file I searched for online.

Horrible app for foreigners to use. Laggy, slow, counterintuitive search engine. Very difficult to use without Google translate. Very busy interface. Also, real name verification is a joke, asking for a picture of the passport is quite excessive. I just want id verified to make a dinner reservation....

Very helpful app to plan trips around korea, provides information about price and options such as routes with less walk or transfers and so on. Gave 4 stars as it keeps getting stuck, like no search options coming up or it just stays there, recovers when i restart it, but its annoying if you needa restart it many times.

Terrible. Cannot register because my phone number is from a different country than the one i'm in. How the hell am I supposed to use this to navigate in Korea if it doesn't let me register ?? Also it's painfully slow and does not provide as maby information as Google maps does for others countries. The design if the app is quite ugly. Honestly I'm ashamed of the team behind this app, and I say this as a fellow app Developer...

Amazing app, I only have 1 complaint. You should make it a little more English/location friendly. sometimes I have to find a location right beside or around where I want to go. Besides that, any and all hazards, cameras, rest areas are well given before you actually get to them.

The only reliable map application for tourist if you visit South Korea. It's not perfect but when comparing to other map app like Kakao or the useless Gmap, this app is Godsend. The navigation features are awesome and it really helps planning our 12 days visit to Korea. Even when in Seoul / Busan, I use this app a lot while in a taxi to make sure the driver is not fooling around taking longer route and everything. The public transport option is also very helpful and pretty accurate..

The app is really difficult to sign up with and it's just annoying. I love the app because it's in a English, but I'm between phone numbers, because I moved to a different country, but the app is asking me to just through hoops but when I do its not the right thing and I can assure you I've typed in a special character, an upper and lowercase letter and a number. Please fix this

It's the useful alternative over Google Maps, along with Kakao Maps; but it has terrible memory cache reserves so it completely forgets your last search for a location or for directions after you switch to a different app, and you have to re-enter it again. Annoying.

Left an hour and a half early for a 30 minute drive for an appointment. Was over two and a half hours late because Naver tried guiding me down roads and expressways that haven't been built yet. Started using a different app at the hour and half mark. Naver had me so far off track that it took me another hour to make it to my destination.
