I had high expectations once i downloaded this app but unfortunately they were not delivered in my case. I asked the customer service when will my area ,haret hreik, be added and my house is 100m away from the area that can be delivered to which is Sayed Hadi Highway. The answer I got is to wait for a month and in that time they will have added my area. 4 months have past and there is no slightest progress. This made me uninstall because it was just a waste of space as I couldn't even use it.

This has been the most unfortunate download of my life. I was seeking food, all I got was disappointment. I've never waited for a meal more than I have for the period I used toters and on top of that they arrive with the food cold, often with order mix ups, 99% of time not delivering on what you expect. So literally never engage this app, it is the most toxic environment I've ever encountered and it put me into such a rage every single time I've used it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Everything is already perfect but I have a suggestion: there should be a "note to self" or "reminder" for each item to remember the best way we like the item that way we can immediately order it without having to think about it or order it wrong that would really help improve the app in my opinion

The app is glitchy and support is just terrible. I already had several bad experiences in terms of bugs and actual service... Their support reps are so mean and keep ignoring my messages. We got food poisoned and no follow up happened. My advice is don't use this app... their many other more reliable apps

The estimated time of arrival is never correct and is always at least 3x the original time. Customer support respond mostly with automated msgs. I've seen the drivers strike deals with stores and making the orders late just so the same driver can make more money.

Not bad application and functionality , but super slow app. looks like everything has to be loaded even when moving back and forward into cart, menus as if nothing gets cached.. i limit my use to when absolutely necessary although i love the butler service .. but slow slow slow

Had a wrong order, Added a feedback and nothing was resolved within 3 days even after contacting the support. And now my order was late when I tried to notify the support the order got canceled immediately. Very bad experience in the last few days.

Tracking is good, however they have some serious issues. -Rarely Provide Change -They say shop "closed" at random times, you call the shop it's open but simply they are the ones who won't deliver. -The only useful thing customer service does is canceling orders, they don't communicate well with their drivers nor with shops & restaurants.

Very slow service! One order can take up to 5 hours to arrive or it might not arrive at all! This has been happening since 2 months until now. Very poor customer service. I think I will uninstall the App.
